Bio
Godni is a dynamic, multi-faceted artrepreneur—an accomplished actor, musician, producer, screenwriter, and creative director with a proven record in event production, project management, and arts advocacy. A graduate of the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in New York City, Godni’s foundation in theater, dance, and music is complemented by extensive experience in media, education, and nonprofit leadership.
As a passionate artist and visionary leader, Godni merges his creative and strategic talents across entertainment platforms. From his early days as a lead makeup artist with Bobbi Brown Cosmetics at Bloomingdale’s, where he first mastered the art of audience connection and personal branding, to his current work in acting, music, and film direction, Godni continues to evolve as a compelling force in the entertainment industry.
In 2008, he founded A Free Bird, a nationally recognized nonprofit organization that provides transformative arts education to children battling cancer. Through this work, Godni has overseen large-scale productions, curated immersive fundraising galas, and collaborated with high-profile talent and sponsors—including Carnegie Hall, Madison Square Garden, Bloomingdale’s, and the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs. His work in nonprofit consulting and community engagement has earned him several accolades, including recognition by the NYC Mayoral Service Program.
Godni’s role as Executive Director of A Free Bird has allowed him to lead across key verticals: event production, music programming, creative campaign development, and celebrity/talent partnerships. His proven ability to manage teams, secure strategic sponsorships, and maintain long-term donor and partner relationships makes him an invaluable asset for entertainment agencies, brands, and mission-driven initiatives.
Currently, Godni is focused on advancing his acting and music career, and actively seeking opportunities in film, television, theater, and music performance, as well as screenwriting, directing, and producing. With a passion for storytelling and human connection, he is also available for public speaking engagements and creative consulting role’s across both the commercial and nonprofit sectors.
